Day 196 -21 days of self dedication – part 6 - experience of isolation

Day 191 – Daily writing commitment restart – Day 1
Day 192 – 21 days of self dedication - day 2 - I am a pessimistic
Day 193 - 21 days of self dedication - day 3 - self sabotage
Day 194 - 21 days of self dedication – misusing the desteni process
Day 195 - 21 days of self dedication - part 5 – but I am still here

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to participate in the experience of isolation

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe and follow the thought that I don't know how to make friends, and so, when moving to a new place I will be isolated

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to validate my experience and fear of isolation through memories of me not initiating friendships, and thus, within holding on to these memories continue believing that it defines me as "I don't make friends"

Within this, I must investigate the definition I have given friendship, I have done this through out this blog series but obviously more investigation is required, as the point of isolation is related to the relationship I have with the definition I have given friendship.

As well as investigating the definition of being alone and standing alone - what does it mean to me and how can I define it in a self supportive way that I can live without polarity…

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to isolate myself from others through not allowing myself to be here and self honest within / as myself, but instead I present a character that I imagine / assume is what others will want to see / be with, in order to be accepted and avoid isolation - not realizing that I am isolating myself before any body even gets a chance to do so to me, by not ever communicating for real as who I am as self expression within vulnerability.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe this experience / character of isolation defines me, not realizing that by my participation I am giving it it's energy

I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to be dedicated to myself within actually investigating each thought / back chat that comes up in regards to the experience / self belief of isolation - within this, I realize that without forgiving and letting go of the hold on all that I have towards these memories, and thoughts / back chat, and without investigating the memories I will not be able to set myself free from this point - it is common sense, if I don't do anything about it - nothing will happen / change - and it would be a shame, because it is clear that this experience is not what is best for me, nor anyone, and so why would I allow and accept it to continue?

I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to see, realize and understand that when a thought comes up and I then go into an emotional reaction - I am showing myself a preprogramed design, as I have not created this thought in that moment in awareness, and thus, it must have come from somewhere - thus, I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to take every thought / back chat / belief for granted as the truth of me and my reality, and not actually question the validity and see if their structure is at all acceptable by me - within this, I forgive myself for never stopping myself and investigating the origin of these thoughts / back chat, within allowing myself to see that they are coming from a data base of self definitions, created by accumulation of charged memories , and each time I participate with a thought and allow myself to be dragged into the emotional body, I am feeding the mind with the substance of my body, feeding the energy body until it is triggered to explode, as to when I have an emotional breakdown, as the energy dissipates, and then, without investigating and clearing up the point, there is no change, and thus, the energy begins to accumulate again, until the next explosion.

I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to see and realize that within each such situation, I have an opportunity to stop myself from following and accepting the emotion experience / charge as myself, but instead to follow in awareness the line of energy, as to see be able to clearly see in full awareness where it leads me to - and through it all that I see, to forgive myself, and let go, and in physical reality when the point comes up - I stop myself and breathe

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to allow self beliefs, based on selected and highlighted past memories to be my god, and to direct and decide who I will be - within this I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to limit myself, as my application, to past memories, that I have selectively chosen to prove to myself a specific character to be true - and so I have allowed myself to exist in an endless loop where the subconscious mind triggers thoughts for me to become emotional within an energetic charge, re-fueling the character, and so I do, and so I act in such a way that validates my self belief and so I believe it that much more to be true - when in fact it has created and recreated myself as the character / personality through my participation, and thus actually, it is all my creation and responsibility.

I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to actually look and open up the point of isolation, but instead to drift away to the general self forgiveness, which is valid and necessary as well, but seems to be a distraction at the moment, from actually focusing on the point of isolation

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear open up this point and to expose myself within the details of experiencing myself as isolated

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to isolate myself through trapping myself in isolation within not allowing myself to share this point to myself firstly and to others, as support for myself and others as myself - instead I hide in fear and isolation

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to find justifications to feel isolated within every social group, within this, I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to experience myself as isolated from the people that are walking the desteni process.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to avoid / resist in fear making relationships / communications with others that are walking the desteni process, and thus living out the belief that I am isolated and do “not make friends”

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to desire friendships / communication within a starting point of having someone to support me - thus, indicating that I am not yet willing to stand up alone within myself and support myself for / as myself, but instead want to develop relationships for this reason, of having a support team - thus not wanting an unconditional communication and enjoyable time with another, but rather, what I want is to trap them in my web to then have them as mine, and then can ask for support at all times and without any hesitation, as is within my definition of friendship

I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to see that I want friendships out of pure self interest as to have someone to look after me, instead of standing up and looking out for myself - within this, I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to see this actual point, but instead to believe in friendships and their value and support, while in fact I have been using them as a way to get out of taking self responsibility - as a point of shared responsibility – having the responsibility / blame / shame ‘ guilt fall on the backs of us all, rather then just mine - within this, I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself fear being alone, taking responsibility / growing up and facing myself here, as the totality of myself, in order to correct myself and change myself into a being of worth and dignity that can stand alone and can stand with others as oneself in self honesty and self support, supporting self and as all self as one and equal.

Day 114 - Avoiding work –Part 5 - blame and manipulation - Self Forgiveness

The following blog is a continuation of my previous writings, please read them for further context if you haven’t already :
Day 110 - Avoiding Work
Day 111 – Self interest can never be “right”
Day 112 - Avoiding work –Part 3 - Self Forgiveness
Day 113 – Enjoying Work

I realize I have been blaming/judging others for believing they are trying to avoid work, not realizing I am projecting myself onto them and thus distracting myself from my own acceptance and participation within avoiding work, while believing myself to be good and self righteous while judging others for being bad and manipulative, within this I realize my experience has been directed through the constant anticipation of being manipulated, within expecting others to be as manipulative as me, instead of stopping myself within manipulation and standing up within breath and simply allow myself and push myself to do what needs to be done, and not distract me from myself through judging/blaming others for what I perceive them to be doing, within the neurotic idea that they are plotting against me

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to participate in manipulation within hiding my self interest to avoid working, within this I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to project myself onto others within the expectation of them doing the same, and thus to blame them for trying to avoid work instead of being self honest with myself and changing myself within my starting point of believing work should be avoided, within this I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to blame/judge others for that which I still participate within, and thus I commit myself to align myself with the principle of equality within give as you would like to receive and thus if I want to live in a world where people don't manipulate each other to avoid working - it must start with self first, and thus it must start with self change, and thus I commit myself to change my starting point towards work and within that I commit myself to stop myself form manipulating other for my own self interest, and only once I have changed myself I can look at others from a starting point of supporting them to see what they are participating within - but I realize I must be clear within and as myself first and stand as self trust to be sure that I am not participating within avoidance and manipulation, thus, when and as I see myself going into avoidance and manipulation in regards to work, I stop myself and breathe, I stop the back chat and bring myself back here to/as breath and walk the practical steps to get the job done, within this I commit myself to deliberately place myself in positions where normally I would want to avoid as to be able to brake the pattern and prove to myself that I am my self directive principle and that I am not limited / restricted / directed by the mind

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to within the belief that work must be avoided, to have allowed myself to manipulate and deceive those around me as I try to get out of doing work, and within that expect others to do the same as me as I project myself onto them, and thus exist within an anticipation as an alert state as if waiting to be conned/manipulated

I realize that when I judge others for being manipulative I am actually showing myself that such manipulation still exist within me, and thus I stop myself within and as breath and turn it back to myself, within allowing myself to see in the moment where I am not being self honest and actually am manipulating the situation to suit my hidden self interest

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to exist within a constant state of anticipation, as waiting to be conned / manipulated and thus communicate to others from a starting point of self defense as I defend my self interest while I am sure the other is acting from within their own self interest and thus I create a war/competition between us, as the battle of the ego, while existing within self righteousness and believing that I am innocent and they are the manipulative ones, thus I commit myself to when I experience myself in the state of anticipation towards someone manipulating me, I stop myself and breathe, I bring myself back here to the practical physical reality and check my starting point to find where I am acting within self interest, and within this I commit myself to change my starting point and align it with what is best for all within the situation, and if I cannot find the point of self interest I commit myself to let go the point and not fight for it, because I realize it's become an ego battle, and all that will come out of it is friction and conflict, thus I take self responsibility and do not allow myself to participate and create more energy through friction and conflict and thus I stop myself in the moment from proceeding within the conversation / argument /situation

I realize that as long as I participate within self interest I will always create and exist within conflict and friction within myself and my relationships with others, because within self interest there will always be conflict of interest, within this I realize that by pushing through the self interest and not allowing myself to participate within it, and thus not allowing myself to manipulate to get my way, I will be able to establish effective communication with others and actually come to solutions that serve all as equals, thus serve me and them, as a shared interest within this shared earth on which we live on. Thus I commit myself to when I see myself participating in self interest, to stop myself within breath and to bring myself back here to the physical and equal reality, where we are all equal as life, and thus no ones interest is more important to be fulfilled than another, but rather the interest of life, as all as equal, is the only interest that is valid to peruse, and thus I commit myself to changing my starting point, time and time again, until living as what is best for all is my "nature" where I have built self trust and have let go of all the self interest which are based on personality as ego, and allow myself to be one and equal to all the is life

Day 82 – Fear Dimension –Failure - self forgiveness - Part 3

This blog is continuing from the previous blog:

Day 79 - The lowest point
Day 80 - "I don't like being corrected / told what to do" character – Fear dimension  - Mistakes – Part 1
Day 81 - "I don't like being corrected / told what to do" character – Fear dimension - Failure – Part 2

This blog is a part of the "I don't like being corrected / told what to do" character dimension series. Opening up within self forgiveness fear of failure

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to exist within/as fear of failure and to within this allow myself to be directed by this fear, I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to accept and participate within the construct of failure, I forgive myself for accepting and allow define projects/activities as failure based on their outcome, within this I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to identify myself with the outcome of the project/activity where I define myself as a failure due to an outcome that I have defined as a failure, within this I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define failure as bad/negative and thus when I experience myself as failing I experience myself within a negative energy through/within defining myself as bad/wrong/stupid/a failure

I commit myself to let go the negative attachment I have towards failure, within that I commit myself to stop myself from creating a self definition of failure as self diminishment based on the outcome of a project/activity, I commit myself to apply common sense through investigating the situation in it's entirety, to come to a self directive decision, and thus through living as the directive principle to stop myself from the self diminishment/giving up within defining myself as a failure, but rather to allow myself to learn/expand from the situation/mistake and apply myself within the principle of what is best for all within equality

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define failure as the 'end' as an irreversible verdict, within this, I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to use the construct of failure as a self manipulation tactic to give up on what I am doing and within that give up on myself, I forgive myself for not realizing that the experience of failure is created by myself as a justification to give up, instead of seeing that it is the giving up within self diminishment that has created/manifested the construct of failure that in turn supports/excuses/justifies the construct of giving up, within this I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe that a failure is an end point and thus within that I believe that it's lost, it has failed, I have failed and it's the end, thus cannot be changed, and within this I haven't allowed myself to see/realize that it is in fact up to me, up to me from perspective of taking/being the directive principle and within common sense as a self directive decision I can decide if to pursue the project/activity further or not, through looking at the practicality of the situation, thus I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be consumed as the character of giving up within self diminishment as not believing that I am able, and thus do not have a choice to pursue/continue a project, and thus allowing myself to fail due to my own self belief of incompetency.

I commit myself to write myself to freedom, one point at a time, and forgive myself as I have allowed myself to exist as self diminishment as believing in the limitations I've created myself as within my mind, thus I commit myself to stop myself within/as breath as I see myself participating in thoughts of self diminishment as believing I am unable/not good enough, and instead to take/do the physical actions necessary to make myself able, as learning/studying/practicing the practical application in time/space in order to get me to a point of ability, thus not allowing myself to be directed by self diminishment, but to push myself through the limitations I have allowed myself to exist as, and allow myself to expand/grow/learn/apply/change myself as what is best for all, within this I realize that self diminishment is a mind created construct to keep me enslaved/trapped within the boundaries of my comfort zone, thus not allowing myself to change, thus I commit myself to push through my limitations and support myself with writing/self forgiveness as I see all the specific points I have defined myself as "I can't do it" and within breath, and through looking at the practical physical evidence support myself as life, to bring myself to a point that I am standing stable and able

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define failure as bad, as what I was taught through the schooling system, and instead to realize "failure" as a stepping stone for expansion, as through learning from mistakes I can perfect myself and my application and find more effective solutions/ways to correct/apply myself within the situation/event/project, thus I realize that the only thing in my way is me, through believing/thinking/feeling that I can't push through, through defining myself as not able, and thus accepting failure as an option, as a possibility, where as if I stop myself as the mind, as thoughts/feelings/beliefs that I am unable, there will nothing to stop me, as only I as the limitation of the mind am stopping myself and thus believing myself as a failure, thus I commit myself to write down all the points of self belief/definition of limitation, and walk them through self forgiveness, and as a practical living application, I commit myself to stop myself within breath as these thoughts/feelings/beliefs of self diminishment come up, and not allow myself to participate with them, until I am standing stable and am not directed by the mind as self limitation/diminishment

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define something as a failure based on the outcome instead of investigating the starting point and within this I commit myself to aligning myself as my starting point to that which is best for all within any project/activity to then not judge the outcome but allow myself to see the "bigger picture" and thus as I include this part of evaluating/investigating the situation as an integral part of the situation I cannot define it as a failure because it is still ongoing as a learning process, within this I realize that through looking at the starting point of any activity/project I can get much more insight as to what went wrong rather then looking through a tunnel vision at the outcome alone, within this, I commit myself to allow myself to correct my starting point to be aligned with what is best for all within the understanding that only that which is best for all can actually bring a result that is not considered a failure by anyone, because it is best for all and not based on self interest to create bias of the understanding of a situation, within this I realize that failure is simply an opinion, and is not based on reality as the physical, thus

I commit myself to look at everything through the principle of equality as what is best for all, and from this lens to evaluate situations/events/projects and to conclude the most effective way to approach/continue it, not based on self interest feelings/beliefs but based on real physical reality

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to justify my self diminishment through defining a project/activity as a failure and within that to define myself as a failure due to the evidence of the project failing, within this I commit myself to let go through writing, self forgiveness and corrective statement, of all the self definition I have allowed myself to exist as because I see/realize that these self definitions are limiting me, through allowing myself to justify them by altering my perception of reality to suit my definition of self, even if is self abusive by nature, as self diminishment

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to exist within the polarity of failure/success and within allowing myself to accept and participate within the failure/success polarity I have allowed myself to assess the situation and evaluate if I am to be a failure or success and within that I have allowed myself to attempt to win at any cost while disregarding those around me because I fear failing and would do anything to succeed or in other situations would simply give up due to self diminishment, thus allowing myself to bounce from one end of the polarity to the other, within this I commit myself to let go the energetic charge I hold towards failure/success and to allow myself to see the situation within the simplistically of the actual physical evidence within common sense and the principle of what is best for all

I commit myself to when I see myself turning to the experience of failure, stop and breathe, and to make a directive decision in that moment through evaluating the situation within it's physical context, and within the principle of equality as what is best for all, thus to stop any energetic reaction that may direct me and be the directive principle as creating myself as who I want to be and not how I have designed myself to be through the mind as feeding off the energy of failure/success, but to simply look at what needs to be done and walk it in breath

Day 57 - Blame Character - Part 7 - Society's Value System - Self Forgiveness

continue from previous blogs:

Day 51 - Blame character – Part 1

Day 52 - Blame character - Part 2 - Reacting to Tonality - Self Forgiveness

Day 53 - Blame character - Part 3 - Reacting to Tonality - Self Commitments

Day 54 - Blame Character - Part 4 - Being Repeatedly Attacked – Self Forgiveness

Day 55 - Blame Character - Part 5 - Being Repeatedly Attacked - Self Commitments

Day 56 - Blame Character - Part 6 – Enslaving Myself

and another related blog: Day 26 - Wanting to be accepted

Through out this point of looking at the Blame Character, I recognize that I have a desire to be seen in a specific "light", while within the point of experiencing myself as I'm being attacked I feel like I am not seen as I desire to be seen and there is a fear within that as to how others will see me as

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to desire to be seen in a specific light so to speak, to be seen as a good/caring/intelligent/funny/interesting person, within this I forgive myself that I've accepted and allowed myself to place more value/attention/effort towards how people see me rather than actually living as the ideal that I want to be seen as

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define myself based on an ideal that I have created in my mind, not realizing that this ideal I desire to be has been programmed into me as the society's value system, within this I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to investigate the implications of participating/allowing such values to direct me

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be directed by society's value system as the desire to seen as a good/caring/intelligent/funny/interesting person, and I have not realized that within that I am defining those with these characters as more valuable/worthy than those without, and within that I am allowing myself and society as myself to be the judge all mighty, deciding who is worthy of the title of being a good/caring/intelligent/funny/interesting person and who isn't, and thus to deem them as unworthy of social appreciation and thus support, in other words banning/excluding them from society, which in turn translates into the ability to survive

I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to see, realize and understand that by allowing myself to judge myself and others based on society's value system that I have accepted as my own, I am giving permission to separation within forming a defining line between those that make it and those that don't, and within accepting such a line to exist as an outflow of society's value system, I have allowed myself to exist in fear of being on the "wrong side if the line" and to as a result not receive social appreciation and support, within this I forgive myself for not seeing, realizing and understanding the implication of such a line as separating between those with the "right" social skills and those without, as a life or death sentence, where those who do not hold these skills are pushed aside from society and are disregarded and ignored, and thus do not have an equal chance to have a fulfilled and dignified life

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear being judged by others, I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to accept myself without judgment and thus fear the judgment of others because I have made others the judge of me as they have the eyes to see if I am worthy to be accepted or not, and thus when I perceive my place in society is threatened through a remark/comment stating I am not aligned with society's values I react in anger and blame because I fear being disregarded and ignored as I have disregarded and ignored those that I have judged as unworthy, within this I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to disregard and ignore others that don't fit my value system that I have accepted from society, within that I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to see the immense abuse and harm created by a value system that is based on judgment and separation

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to exist in fear of being seen as one of those that is judge as unworthy for social appreciation and within that to create myself as an act, to be sure that I follow the social value system and appear to be what I perceive society expects of me to be, within this I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to lash out at people that see/judge me as anything other than how I desire to be seen, as a good/caring/intelligent/funny/interesting person, and to then react within fear of being an outcast of society for not standing in the standard society has created and I have accepted to be valid, within this I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hide from myself the fear of being an outcast and instead transform and project it onto the other in a form of blame, as I blame them for seeing through the act that I put on, and thus as I am threatened by them for blowing my cover, I attack them with blame, while experiencing it as they have attacked me by defining me as that which is unacceptable by society, within that hiding from myself all the layer of who I am as fear/judgment/blame so that I can go on believing that I am a good/caring/intelligent/funny/interesting person while all along I have manipulated myself and all those around within the situation by putting on this act just to be accepted by society, and not allowing me to live as myself within self expression as I fear revealing myself for who I really am

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be dependent on society's acceptance within a belief that I must be accepted to survive, within this I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to see that experiencing myself as accepted, must start with self acceptance, and thus I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to accept myself as who I am without judgment because I have already accepted the value system of society and within that have accepted and allowed myself to define myself through judgment as unworthy and thus must hide myself within acting as a character that society will approve, not realizing that this is all due to my acceptance of society's value system, thus, I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to let go of society's value system and to actually get to know myself for who I actually am, without judgment, and within knowing myself to be able to take responsibility for who I am and change myself, not as society's value system, as it is based on polarity and creates separation and abuse, but on common sense within what is best for all through honoring myself as life, and respecting all life

I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to take on society's value system as my own value system, while not allowing myself to investigate all points and outflows of such a value system, within that I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to see the abuse within the separation that society create through it's value system, as well as the abuse I create within accepting the value system of society as my own, through defining people as better/worse depending on their expression and skills

Day 16 – Child or adult polarity - creating Fear of Authority

This blog is a continuation of my previous blog:
day 14 - The child/adult character
day 15 - Child/adult character creating the outsider character

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear authority within the belief that authority has power over me and thus has the ability to hurt/harm me

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to create myself as the character of a child within separating myself from adults within defining them as the authority over me

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to not realizing that by creating myself as the  child character within the definition I have created of being weak and powerless thus in the power of authority as adults, I have in fact created, through my acceptance and allowance, the authority character and have handed over to it my power within fear and thus have giving my acceptance to all to give their power away to authority, creating a world of followers abdicating responsibility within fear of standing up in the face of authority within the belief that authority has the power, but what I haven’t realized is that the only power any authority has is the power given to it by self, thus I can stop and change myself and thus the polarity of the characters as child/powerless and adult/authority

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing adults to be authority over children, within defining authority in context of power and force, thus accepting and allowing adults to use force/power towards children by the acceptance of them being the authority over children, not allowing myself to consider the possibility that all are in fact equal and there is no reason for one to have authority over another within a context of force/power but rather to use authority as a form of support through realizing that adults have the ability to support and serve children and thus are authorized to do so within the principle of equality

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define authority within the context of power within the polarity game of weak/strong, and through this definition of authority I have connected authority to the opportunity to abuse the weaker, instead of seeing that authority is given through acceptance and is thus a reflection of what we give our acceptance and approval to. Within that I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to authorize authority as an opportunity to abuse the weak within accepting the polarity of weak/strong to begin with, and within allowing myself to live and exist as and within a world that is fighting for survival and not supporting each other as life instead of stopping the polarity and living as what is best for all within the principle of equality, and thus using authority within the principle of equality, where the strong support and protect the weak and not abuse them for power/greed

I commit myself to see, realize and understand how authority, within myself and the world as myself, is being abused through our acceptance of the polarity within the fight for survival, and that through authority we justify abusing/manipulating the weak in order to feel the power and the illusion of stability within a world of survival/polarity/abuse,

I commit myself to show myself and the world as myself that authority can be re-defined as the act of support, where we use our authority/power/strength to support those that cannot support themselves until they are able to stand as equals, until authority is no longer necessary

I commit myself to stopping my participation with the child/adult character, from both sides od the coin, thus not allowing myself to participate in fear of authority as adult, and not allow myself to abuse authority towards children.

I realized authority is given by me and thus fearing authority is a sub-character of the child/adult character which I have created and thus is not in fact real, so I must be able to stop it.

I am here, within and as breath, I am not the character I have created as myself and have defined myself as, I am life, I am not limited to living as the characters that I have programmed myself as, I can let go the characters and set myself free to live as one and equal within practically living out within every breath that which is best for all – I commit myself to myself as life, to walk until it is done.

Day 12 - The temper tantrum game – self commitment statements

Day 12 - The temper tantrum game – self commitment statements

Continuing my previous blog:

Earth's journey to life blog has been very supportive, go through the series in regards to temper tantrum for further/deeper perspective:

I commit myself to stopping myself as separation within participating within and playing out a temper tantrum, through realizing that by participating in a tantrum I am stating to myself that I am not in control of myself thus abdicating self-responsibility of the situation as myself, and that I have allowed emotion/desire/characters to direct me instead of pushing myself through writing and applying self-forgiveness to reveal/expose to myself the characters/desires that I have allowed to direct me, in order to be able to stand as self-directive principle by taking full responsibility for/as myself and not accepting anything less than who I am as life

I commit myself to not allow myself to emotionally manipulate myself into believing that I am not capable to handle this tantrum, that it is bigger than me, through realizing that I am here within/as breath, and that I have in fact created all the characters that I now believe to have control over me, I commit myself to see/realize and understand that I am the creator of all my characters that I have allowed to direct me and that I have been protecting through my tantrum, and thus realizing that as the creator I have the power/ability to stop then as I realize they are not of life, they are not real, and they only become real through my participation within/as them, thus I stop within/as breath within/as the physical as the only character that is in fact real

when I am faced with someone else participating within a temper tantrum, I commit myself to not allow myself to participate/support it by giving my allowance to the character and self-belief they have created, because I realize this is not who they are as life, but a self-created character that is not actually real but is an illusion that we have allowed ourselves to exist as and then to be controlled/directed by, and then to protect and fight to defend, I realize that participating within/as a temper tantrum is abusive towards self and others as self, and in in fact distracting self from actually seeing one's self  as one and equal as all as life, I realize that by supporting another's tantrum I am giving myself permission to participate in a tantrum of my own, thus not standing as support for another as myself within allowing and justifying my own character and tendency for a tantrum

I commit myself to stop myself as a temper tantrum within and as breath and to investigate the emotion/character/desire that I have allowed to accumulate within me to come to an explosion as a temper tantrum
